Secondary Student Council

VIS Secondary Student Council is a group of students who provide leadership and support for students. This leadership includes problem-solving of students issues, acting as a liaison with the school administration and planning events that develop a sense of community.

 

Various events are held including movie nights, Spirit Days, The Hollywood Dance, Advisory Wars, Sport's Days, Trivia Night, VIS's Got Talent, Battle of the Bands, Student- staff basketball match and Spring Formal. In addition to these activities, students lead Assemblies, MRISA events, sit on school committees and organize other school events.

 

The election of officers are held each September.
